This product is fortified with new heavy-duty resin technology to provide maximum adhesion while protecting your concrete surfaces with a watertight barrier guaranteed to stop water. The low odor is ideal for interior areas. Do Not use on floors. If used outdoors, this product must be topcoated with an exterior latex house paint. All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of all loose, peeling paint. 1 gallon covers approximately 60 to 100 sq. ft. on bare cinder block, and up to 200 sq. ft. on other surfaces, depending on porosity and texture. Do Not thin. Dries to the touch in 4 hours. Clean up with mineral spirits. White oil. Gallon size.
