Nailing spurs allow for easy brace positioning. Outlet box can be positioned in any location along the length of the brace. (5) 1/2" knockouts. Simple fastener for tightening outlet box and brace. Easy-to-follow instructions and mounting hardware included. Maximum fixture weight is 110 lb, maximum fan weight is 70 lb. Exceeds National Electrical code requirements.
