Effective in wet or dry, hot or cold weather conditions. Repairs holes and cracks. Ideal for sealing leaks and openings around flashings, chimneys, vents, skylights, joints, gutters, pipes, and similar objects. Withstands extreme weather conditions. Cures to form a high-strength seamless membrane which seals and protects the surface. Easy-to-use. Clean up tools, etc., with kerosene, paint thinner, or mineral spirits immediately after use.
